How to Give
Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital

There are a number of ways you can support the Sutter Auburn Faith Foundation. We encourage you to learn about the options and find what best fits your goals for giving. Your gift can be given in the form of check, stock or other current assets. All gifts are tax deductible to the extent of the law; however, a gift of appreciated stock may bring significant additional tax benefits to the donor. You can designate a particular program toward which your contribution should go, or you can allow us to direct funding to those programs most in need of support.

Gifts can be made:

  • In memory of a loved one. We will notify the person you wish to be informed of your gift.
  • In honor of a person. When you give a gift in honor of a person, we will mail a letter to that person telling them of your generosity on their behalf. This is an excellent way to show appreciation for another person, including a staff member you feel provided exemplary service.
  • As a part of the Tree of Life program. We acknowledge gifts of $100 or more by placing a plaque for one year on the Tree of Life sculpture in the lobby of the hospital. Gifts of $1,000 or more are recognized with a permanent bronze plaque. Donors whose cumulative giving reaches $1,000 are permanently recognized.
  • Through a simple addendum to your will or trust.
  • Through a planned giving program that may include an annuity that provides income during your lifetime, as well as a donation and a tax deduction.
  • By attending one of the community events sponsored by the Sutter Auburn Faith Foundation each year.
  • Make your doctor's day. Donate to Sutter Auburn Faith Foundation in the name of your favorite doctor. Click here for more information.
