Rehabilitation services provide ongoing assistance for patients recovering from strokes or injuries, or who are dealing with long-term conditions such as heart or lung disease. The hospital's rehabilitation services department provides physical, occupational, speech, and hand therapies. Rebound, the outpatient portion of the program, offers services in three locations throughout the Auburn area.

The centers offer physical, occupational, speech and hand therapy. The Heritage Oaks center also offers Golf Fitness and Performance, a program designed to improve a golfer's level of fitness and health, prevent injuries, and improve the golfer's game.
